Last updated: July 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the Cre8ive Studio website or contact us to enquire about our services.

By using this website, you agree to use it responsibly and in line with these terms.

2. About Cre8ive Studio

Cre8ive Studio provides website design, website development, custom web solutions, digital branding support, SEO setup, email and domain setup, and website maintenance services.

You can contact us at info@cre8ivestudio.co.uk.

3. Website information

The information on this website is provided for general information about our services. We try to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current or error-free.

4. Enquiries and quotations

Submitting a contact form, sending an email, or contacting us on WhatsApp does not create a contract automatically.

Any quotation, proposal, timeline or price we provide will be based on the project requirements available at that time. Prices or timelines may change if the project scope, content, features or requirements change.

5. Project agreement

Before starting a project, we may agree the project scope, deliverables, price, payment schedule, estimated timeline and any specific responsibilities in writing.

The client is responsible for providing required content, images, branding materials, access details, approvals and other information needed to complete the project.

6. Payments

Payment terms will be confirmed before work begins. Depending on the project, a deposit or staged payment may be required.

Work may be paused if required payments, content, approvals or access details are delayed.

7. Client content and permissions

Clients must ensure that any text, images, logos, videos, fonts, documents or other materials supplied to us are owned by them or that they have permission to use them.

We are not responsible for copyright, trademark or permission issues caused by materials supplied by the client.

8. Third-party services

Some projects may use third-party services such as domain providers, hosting platforms, email providers, payment gateways, booking systems, analytics tools or plugins.

These third-party services have their own terms, pricing, support policies and availability. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party service outages, pricing changes or policy changes.

9. Website performance and results

We aim to build websites and digital solutions to a professional standard. However, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, sales, bookings, enquiries or business results.

10. Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise, once full payment has been received, the client may use the final approved website design, content layout and project deliverables for their business.

Cre8ive Studio may retain rights to reusable code, tools, frameworks, templates, processes or general knowledge used to complete the project.

11. Portfolio use

Unless agreed otherwise, we may display completed work as part of our portfolio, case studies, social media posts or marketing materials. Clients can request that certain confidential details are not shown.

12. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, domain providers or services outside our control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

14. Contact us
